Ronald McDonald House New York provides complimentary rides to and from eligible hospital visits through our partnership with Uber Health. Each family receives one round trip per day for travel to and from patient medical appointments.
What the ride benefit covers
Rides at no cost to you
Your ride benefit pays for eligible trips directly in the Uber app. You will not be asked for a payment method for covered rides.
Available when you need it
Request a pickup for right now, usually within about ten minutes, or schedule a ride in advance for a later appointment.
Door-to-door pickups
Follow your driver’s location on the map as they approach, and check the driver’s name, photo, vehicle make and model, and license plate in the app before you get in.
